Owner: Brendan O’Hara
Brendan started his career at an Indianapolis based office/industrial developer, Citimark Management, Inc. in 2004. From there, Brendan transitioned to the Indianapolis office of CB Richard Ellis, where he specialized in representing landlord and tenants in leasing retail space, as well as representing buyers and sellers of net leased retail and shopping center property. In 2007, Brendan went to work for Paragon Companies, a local Indianapolis based developer who specialized in single tenant build to suits for AutoZone and Dollar General, as well as developing Meijer anchored shopping centers. In 2009, Brendan formed Absolute Net Properties, LLC to focus on the development and brokerage of single tenant net lease and shopping center properties.Absolute Net Properties has done business with companies including but not limited to Meijer, Home Depot, Menards, AutoZone, O’Reilly Auto Parts, ALDI, Discount Tire, Vitamin Shoppe, Aspen Dental, Panera Bread, Dollar General, Huntington Bank, First Merchants Bank, and many others.
