Joint Venture with Landowners

In many cases, a landowner can maximize proceeds by contributing their property to a partnership with a developer. We offer a program where a landowner can place their property into a partnership with us at a predetermined land value. From there, we handle all aspects of development of the property from securing tenants, lease negotiation, permits/entitlements, financing, and construction through store openings. Upon completion of the construction of the project, depending on what the partnership agrees to, we can sell the property and split the profit, or permanently finance the property and cash flow the project.
